With a sense of adventure in our hearts, mankind has always been moving forward to new destinations.From the deep sea to the far reaches of the universe, our exploration continues to expand the outline of the world. In the course of this endless journey, the very structure of community itself has changed and evolved. From the family to the village to the nation-state, the forms and rules of community have continually evolved, and as a result, we have built a system for diverse people to coexist.
However, this development is not yet complete. Not everyone enjoys the benefits of society equally, and there are many challenges faced by people who, for a variety of reasons, including developmental disabilities, are less likely to benefit from the existing social system.
Our mission is to learn from the lessons of the past, to take the current situation seriously, and to make changes for the future in order to build a society in which everyone can achieve self-fulfillment. We also learn from the results of those changes and continue to expand society.
